By placing an order, you agree with the terms written in the T.O.S
General Terms
• Prices are subject to change based on demand.
• Prices listed are for personal use only.
• I reserve the right to reject any order for any reason. Please check my Do's and Don'ts to ensure you understand my preferences.
• Understand your character will be re-imagined in my style. I will not accept commissions that require me to fit another artist's style.
• It is required to fill out my commission form to submit your order.
• Please provide detailed and clear character references: poses, vibes, outfits, and descriptions. Reference sheets are recommended.
• I have the right to post commission results as part of my portfolio. Requesting anonymity is allowed.
Payment
• IDR: Local Bank Transfer (BCA)
• USD $: PayPal
• Commissions can be paid full upfront or 50% upfront and 50% after final sketch.
• Do not send any payment until I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send the payment.
• I will only begin your commission after I’ve received either the full payment or 50% upfront payment.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
• No refunds once I have started working on your commission.
• If I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.
• If you cancel your order before I begin, you will receive a full refund.
• If you are dissatisfied with the piece, I will not offer refunds or redo the piece. However, if I have missed minor details that were previously agreed upon, I can add them in if possible without ruining the artwork.
What will you get
• Drafts/mockups that you must review and choose which one to proceed with.
• Sketch and/or final sketches that you must approve before I continue.
• Insight and involvement in the color planning/base coloring.
• Full-resolution file (depending on the agreed-upon format).
• Final files will be provided in PNG and JPEG formats.
Process & Delivery
• Regular Commissions: Typically completed within <1–4 weeks, depending on complexity and queue.
• Complex/VTuber Commissions: These can take 6–8 months, divided into phases (2–3 months per phase).
• If I cannot deliver on time and haven’t started, I will offer a full refund.The commission process:

Priority Commission
Important notes:
• Please do not rush me — I need time to rest and stay motivated.
• Priority commission lets you skip the waitlist and set a deadline. Priority fee is up to 70% of the base price.
Revisions
• 3x major revisions are allowed during the sketching and base coloring stage.
• Fees apply for major changes after final approval.
• If references are unclear or incomplete, additional charges apply.
• You may request minor changes within 24 hours of delivery. After that, additional revisions cost $10.

Personal Use vs Commercial Use
• Personal use: Non-profit use (wallpapers, avatars, printing, etc).
• Commercial use: Any usage generating profit (streaming, branding, merch production, etc).

Copyright & Usage
• I, Ravendub, retain all copyright and the right to redistribute, reproduce, and self-promote the artwork.
• I will not claim your original character design, and I won’t resell or reuse commissions without permission.
